Board Meetings are held 6pm every 3rd Monday of the month at the Bing House Museum. Residents can present public comments to the Board upon request. Public comments are made during the first 15 minutes of the board meeting. General Membership (open to the public) meetings are held 6pm every 4th Monday at the Bing House Museum. The museum and exhibit areas are closed due to ongoing repairs from Hurricane Milton.

The Improvement League of Plant City is located in the heart of Historic Lincoln Park Neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Plant City. Lincoln Park includes a number of historic landmarks such as Sam Cooper Lake, Marie B. Ellis Park (former Plant City Ace’s Negro League Baseball Field), Marshall IB Middle School – formerly Marshall High School, several black churches serving the community for over 100 years and Laura Street African American Business District.
