Improvement League of Plant City Community Development Corporation (ILPC CDC) enjoys an excellent reputation among its stakeholders. The organization’s integrity and effective leadership are frequently cited by the City of Plant City, Hillsborough County, and local/regional businesses.
3 YEAR VISION: Lincoln & Madison Park are attractive, vibrant, and inclusive neighborhoods where together, people from diverse incomes, races, and generations thrive, prosper, and choose to live, learn, work, invest, and play.
NEW STRATEGIC PLAN
Even though the ILPC CDC has been working as an all-volunteer organization for more nearly four decades, the organization finds itself needing to update its strategic plan to guide its activities due to transiting to a Community Development Corporation in 2016.
New 2017-2020 strategic plan which set forth the organization’s priorities for the next three years and place a stake in the ground in terms of our commitment to impacting neighborhoods through community development and improving overall quality of life.

With the current expansion of the Bing House Museum due to be completed in June 2017, the ILPC CDC has positioned itself to take on larger projects to benefit residential and both faith-based and commercial nodes within the City of Plant City and visitors.
