Coronet Superfund Clean Up, CSI Youth Forensic Science Class, Community Roundtables, Non-partisan political forums, Updating the 1995 Lincoln & Madison Park Commerical Study, Day of Service and Carefest Community Service Project, Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner, Senior Citizens Luncheon, Raider Foundation (Plant City High School), Safe and Sound, serving in capacity building efforts with the United Food Bank of Plant City, Hillsborough County Community Action Board, Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Plant City Photo Archives Museum and History Centers.

CURRENT EFFORTS

Provide a voice for local residents in regards to continued clean up and land resuse of the former Coronet Mine property. The ILPCCDC will serve as liaison between owners of Coronet, State EPA, City of Plant City and residents.
Updating the 1995 Lincoln/Madison Park Commerical Study in 2017. This study will highlight the disposable dollars available in these communities which ultimately impact the financial profile of the neighborhoods in regards to obtaining loans from financial institutions and the City of Plant City Comprehensive Plan.
Host four quarterly community roundtable meetings at the Plant City Bing House Museum, assist with Safe and Sound Hillsborough, support the Plant City Raiders Foundation and Lincoln IB Elementary School, non-partisan forums, Business After Hours September, Greater Plant City Chamber, United Food Bank of Plant City, and Plant City Photo Archives and History Center.
